- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Proactively source and engage qualified talent, including passive candidates
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across professional and technical roles
- Experience in recruiting for Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to manage searches independently from intake to offer acceptance
- Strong judgment in assessing talent and providing candidate recommendations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
