Job Summary

To support a growing AI-native organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage complex recruitment processes across Go-to-Market and technical functions, leveraging AI tools to attract and hire exceptional talent while enhancing the overall recruiting strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment for roles from Individual Contributor to Director level, ensuring high hiring standards
• Utilize AI and market intelligence to improve sourcing, outreach, and decision-making processes
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
• Experience hiring across both Go-to-Market and R&D organizations
• Proven success in managing complex and high-priority searches in dynamic settings
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance recruiting outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
