Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner will execute talent acquisition strategies, manage requisitions, and collaborate with hiring managers and sourcing specialists to attract and select top talent in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set expectations and educate Hiring Managers on timelines, market insights, and talent pools
- Partner with TA Sourcing Specialists to define strategies for assigned roles and source candidates
- Manage 12-15 requisitions simultaneously while ensuring high data quality in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate hiring results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
