Job Summary

To support a key client's business needs, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will leverage strategic sourcing and strong communication skills to drive the recruitment process and provide exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent across various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates, market insights, and recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while adapting to evolving business needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 5+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles and industries
• Proven ability to strategically source talent and maintain a proactive recruiting approach
• Strong organizational skills for effective talent pipeline management
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
