Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for Finance, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with Finance leadership to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and enhance the candidate experience while supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Finance and SG&A roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for specialized Finance roles
• Collaborate with Finance hiring managers to define role requirements and build scalable hiring plans

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in Finance and/or Accounting
• Proven success in recruiting for roles such as Accountants, Controllers, or Finance Managers
• Strong sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques
• Ability to engage Finance stakeholders and translate role requirements into effective recruiting strategies
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-req pipeline in a fast-paced environment
