Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts in behavioral health, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the candidate experience for therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily recruit therapists and healthcare professionals, engaging with candidates to assess their qualifications and career goals
• Utilize cold calling and direct sourcing techniques to build a talent pipeline and advocate for candidates throughout their life cycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate needs and analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on therapists or healthcare professionals
• Experience with post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles
• Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
• Strong computer skills and excellent analytical abilities
