Job Summary
Supporting key client hiring needs, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and recruiting talent within the construction and real estate industries.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement, issues, and risks to leadership
- Assist with supplier performance reviews and program reporting
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and construction recruiting
- Proficiency in researching and sourcing viable candidates
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative work relationships
