Job Summary
A company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
- Source and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year(s) technical and/or sales recruiting experience
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment software
- General knowledge of employment law, as it relates to recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
