Job Summary

A company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full cycle recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
  • Source and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year(s) technical and/or sales recruiting experience
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • General knowledge of employment law, as it relates to recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
