Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for licensed therapists, ensuring a strong candidate experience while working remotely until November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit with impact by managing full-cycle recruiting to hire licensed therapists aligned with organizational values
- Serve as the voice of the organization by effectively communicating the mission and culture to prospective candidates
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the company's values and enhances the employment brand
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on independently licensed behavioral health clinicians
- High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform recruiting decisions
