Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with RCM experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process
  • Manage a high volume of positions, conducting candidate phone screens and overseeing interview scheduling
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Up to four years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience required, depending on level
  • Prior experience with global recruitment and cloud-based applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred
  • Experience working with consultant agencies preferred
