Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) - Contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing strategies and sourcing candidates
  • Champion the candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
  • Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and selection strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in professional services environments preferred
  • Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
