Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) - Contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing strategies and sourcing candidates
- Champion the candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
- Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and selection strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience in professional services environments preferred
- Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
