Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Design & Experience Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the redesign of the Talent Acquisition experience using UX/UI principles
• Oversees user research and journey mapping to align solutions with hiring goals
• Guides interface design and collaborates with technology and product partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant experience preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human-Centered Design roles
• 5+ years leading UX/UI design or experience strategy initiatives
• Experience in leading RFPs and vendor selection processes for enterprise software
• Deep expertise in human-centered design methodologies and UX/UI design tools
