Leading key talent acquisition programs, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Program Lead will enhance talent pipelines, oversee the MSP partnership, and drive campus recruiting initiatives to support the organization's workforce needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the MSP and contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in hiring processes
- Lead campus recruiting initiatives and build relationships with academic programs to establish early talent pipelines
- Collaborate with Clinical Delivery to identify and convert high-performing clinical students into future employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, or related fields
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting for performance monitoring and improvement
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
