Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials and presentations for Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Identify trends, perform data analysis, and create insightful dashboards and reports
  • Manage and standardize talent acquisition documentation and training programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or prior project management experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and automation
