Job Summary

- Develop training materials and presentations for Talent Acquisition leadership
- Identify trends, perform data analysis, and create insightful dashboards and reports
- Manage and standardize talent acquisition documentation and training programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or prior project management experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and automation
