Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Human Resource.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets and risks, and drive organizational change aligned with diversity and talent acquisition objectives
  • Manage and hold accountable sourcing vendors to support the recruitment of diverse talent, while serving as the primary contact for issue resolution
  • Analyze talent gaps, implement best-in-class sourcing partnerships, and monitor the effectiveness of the sourcing ecosystem
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles, focusing on partnerships or vendor management
  • Proven experience managing external sourcing vendors and professional associations
  • Experience with large-scale partnerships and contracts
  • Strong background in global Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
  • Experience with DEIA-focused hiring strategies is highly preferred
