Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition initiative, the full-time Talent Acquisition Program Manager will create recruitment strategies, screen and interview candidates, and develop strong relationships with hiring managers while working remotely with occasional onsite presence required.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment strategies while managing service level agreements
- Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide hiring solutions
- Lead special recruitment projects and initiatives, driving process improvements and mentoring team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for complex positions
- Advanced knowledge of social media recruiting and search engine optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technology aptitude for candidate engagement
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
