Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of Talent Acquisition systems remotely, the contract Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager will streamline HR technology and improve recruiter workflows while managing project timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday and related platforms
• Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined HR and recruiting technology landscape
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations
• Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, and Workday
• Experience with AI, Phenom, or Paradox preferred
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
