Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team on a 2-month remote contract, the highly organized TA Operations Project Manager will lead operational activities and project-based initiatives, focusing on process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Acquisition operational activities and project-based initiatives, including process improvements and hiring efficiency projects
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and ensure successful execution of priorities and deliverables
• Conduct research and develop actionable proposals to enhance TA processes, workflows, and team effectiveness
