Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

Providing full life cycle recruitment support, the full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter will identify, screen, interview, and acquire top talent for critical positions, working primarily remotely with one day in-office in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct position kick-off meetings with hiring managers to identify necessary skills for open positions
• Develop effective recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers and sourcing specialists to attract diverse candidates
• Manage candidate interviews and provide proactive updates to hiring leaders on recruitment progress

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 4 years equivalent work experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruiting technologies
• Previous experience developing recruitment plans in partnership with hiring leaders
• Experience in healthcare recruiting is highly desired but not required
