Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective staffing strategies
  • Research and participate in recruitment initiatives such as career fairs and university programs to attract talent


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume settings
  • Experience with creative sourcing techniques and building a network of talent
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance related to recruitment
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
