Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing and pipeline development
  • Proven ability to identify and engage top talent, particularly passive candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employment law related to recruitment
