Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing and pipeline development
- Proven ability to identify and engage top talent, particularly passive candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employment law related to recruitment
