Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants
• Develops and implements recruitment programs and maintains relationships with management and the community
• Researches and implements best practices in recruitment and provides budgetary input

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management
• 5-7 years of recruitment experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of diverse sourcing techniques
