Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter - O&M.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and attract talent
• Develop effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments with the support of the TA team
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, specifically in the Water Operations & Maintenance (O&M) industry
• Experience interfacing with management and leadership in a corporate environment
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and recruitment compliance in the US
