Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6+ month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D roles across multiple locations
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations based on market conditions
• Source and engage candidates through various channels, while maintaining talent pipelines for future needs

Required Qualifications

• Prior corporate recruiting experience is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong sourcing capabilities in high-volume and/or technical environments
• Solid understanding of ATS platforms, preferably Workday
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus
