Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for various positions, providing regular feedback to hiring managers
- Manage external recruiters and ensure completion of pre-employment activities and smooth onboarding for new hires
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruiting environment
- Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
