Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for various positions, providing regular feedback to hiring managers
  • Manage external recruiters and ensure completion of pre-employment activities and smooth onboarding for new hires
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals preferred
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruiting environment
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
