Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring managers in identifying candidates for BMET and related positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates
- Proactively source BMET candidates through various channels and maintain a pipeline of professionals
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and promote the company brand through social media and community partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience within the BMET community
- 4 or more years of experience assisting transitioning military personnel or related experience
- Understanding of recruiting processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Experience working with cleared professionals
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
