Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring managers in identifying candidates for BMET and related positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and making offers
  • Proactively source BMET candidates through various channels and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and promote the company brand through social media and community partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 4 or more years of experience within the BMET community
  • 4 or more years of experience assisting transitioning military personnel or related experience
  • Understanding of recruiting processes, including sourcing and interviewing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Previous government or government contracting experience is preferred
