Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior recruiters to support hiring across multiple business functions, including reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending top talent
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and job postings
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with HR and talent initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or professional services
  • Proven ability to evaluate resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills
