Job Summary

To support hiring needs, the part-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, partnering with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies and provide creative methodologies for attracting top talent, initially training onsite before transitioning to a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to meet business hiring needs
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements and execute strategies
• Implement strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent

Required qualifications

• Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships across all organizational levels
