Job Summary

To support talent acquisition needs, the remote contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D roles across multiple locations while proactively sourcing and engaging candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for various roles, including Operations, Engineering, and R&D
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations based on market conditions
• Source and engage passive candidates through job boards, social networks, and other channels

Required Qualifications

• Prior corporate recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or technical environments
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience with ATS platforms, particularly Workday
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
