Job Summary

Seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Recruiter, this full-time remote position will identify and engage top-tier talent across multiple business areas, employing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging a strong candidate network to fill active job openings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top talent for both technical and non-technical positions across the company
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Organize strategic recruiting events to enhance the company's employment brand within the community

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in the technology sector
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in talent acquisition
• Strong research skills and familiarity with online sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking software, preferably Workday
• Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and identify high-caliber candidates
