Job Summary
To support a dynamic Sales Organization, the contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for critical sales talent initiatives, partnering with senior business leaders and leveraging data-driven strategies to attract and close top-tier candidates in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strategically position the organization's strengths against competitors to effectively close offers
- Engage and influence leadership stakeholders while managing high-volume hiring initiatives and individual requisitions simultaneously
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated customer service orientation within a recruiting function
- Proven experience supporting Sales or business-facing organizations in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume hiring initiatives and individual requisitions concurrently
- Proven track record of developing talent strategies and influencing hiring leaders
