Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will utilize various recruiting resources to interview applicants, maintain employment records, and inform candidates about job opportunities in the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize computer databases and Internet resources to recruit and interview applicants regarding their work history and skills
• Prepare and maintain accurate employment records for candidates
• Inform applicants about employment possibilities and support the pipeline management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
• 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
