Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting team, the remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage a large portfolio of requisitions, partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion The Layton Way by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams and customers
• Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple disciplines, particularly in construction and subcontractor-related roles
• Leverage data and reporting to track progress and drive accountability in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume hiring environments
• Experience in construction management, skilled trades, or utility construction is highly preferred
• Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
