Job Summary

Dynamic and high-energy, the full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter - AZ will manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level operational positions in a hybrid role, collaborating with onsite Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center teams to build effective hiring processes and pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operations roles while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to address immediate hiring needs and coordinate onsite interview processes
• Actively source and build diverse talent pipelines through localized networking and community partnerships

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced or high-volume environments
• Proven success in recruiting within Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics sectors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard sourcing tools
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity at the Gilbert/Mesa facility
