Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Representative, this remote contract position involves high-volume outbound communication, appointment setting, and managing talent pipelines within the life sciences consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound outreach to business development leads and candidates through various channels
  • Maintain accurate updates in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit for leads and candidate profiles
  • Support the movement of qualified business development leads and candidates, ensuring smooth handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment, preferably in consulting or life sciences
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems, particularly Zoho
  • Comfortable with structured outbound prospecting campaigns via multiple digital channels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
