Talent Acquisition Scheduler

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume recruitment effort, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Scheduler will schedule over 15 interviews daily for entry-level Retail Sales roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for high-volume roles and manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
• Engage with candidates through outbound calls, email campaigns, and text message campaigns
• Assist the Recruitment team in promoting the company and screening candidates for basic job responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• 1+ year of HR, Recruiting, and/or Inside Sales experience
• 1+ year of interview scheduling experience
• Proven experience working in a remote setting
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
