Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing and recruiting diverse talent, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Senior Partner will develop and manage recruitment programs, implement enhancements, and support candidate placement across all job levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer large recruitment programs and advertising
• Source candidates from various social media platforms and networks
• Implement and train on recruitment enhancements to improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Innovative mentality to develop methods that exceed existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Highly sophisticated math skills for complex calculations
