Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling up to 40 requisitions at a time
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Avature highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with recruiting for engineering and maintenance roles is a plus
