A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Partner to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a seamless process
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling up to 40 requisitions at a time
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with experience in Avature highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with recruiting for engineering and maintenance roles is a plus
