Job Summary

As a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Senior Partner, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, provide expert guidance to hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while sourcing diverse talent across all levels.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including developing recruitment programs and facilitating strategic discussions with hiring leaders
  • Source candidates through various platforms, build strong talent pipelines, and evaluate resumes to align with company standards
  • Negotiate offers and ensure compliance with ethical hiring practices and global standards while championing an exceptional candidate experience
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to recruit for senior and specialized roles across multiple levels
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline or Workday, demonstrating a history of achieving top-tier performance rankings
  • Expert organizational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
