Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales roles
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM functions
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build strong pipelines
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
