Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract - 3 Months).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across multiple functions
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality passive candidates
• Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and provide regular pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting roles, ideally in high-growth environments
• Sourcing experience within tech or marketplace companies is preferred
• Strong familiarity with Greenhouse and sourcing analytics tools
• Proven ability to build diverse pipelines quickly and effectively
