Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing plans for diverse talent
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and talent pools to convert non-active applicants into active ones
• Research market conditions and industry trends to assist in decision-making and marketing positions

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of sourcing experience; or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience sourcing diverse, technical talent across various engineering and manufacturing disciplines
• Documented social media savviness with extensive online networks
• Demonstrated history of partnering with recruiters and hiring managers
