Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract/Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards, and screen applicants for fit
• Engage and nurture talent pools while providing a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
• Proven ability to engage passive talent across various platforms
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment is a plus
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
