Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet productivity and performance objectives by aligning sourcing and recruiting activities with business priorities
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through strategic engagement and relationship management
  • Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities, including candidate screening and job posting administration


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or healthcare IT
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
  • Proficient knowledge of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation methodologies
  • Understanding of the healthcare information technology market and workforce trends
