Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Meet productivity and performance objectives by aligning sourcing and recruiting activities with business priorities
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through strategic candidate engagement and relationship management
- Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities, including candidate screening and job posting administration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or healthcare IT
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Proficient knowledge of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation methodologies
- Understanding of healthcare information technology market and consulting workforce models
