Job Summary

Review resumes and proactively source candidates through various channels
Engage and nurture talent pools for current and future openings while maintaining market intelligence

Required Qualifications

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
Proven ability to find and engage passive talent across various platforms
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment is a plus
