Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to align on search strategy and pipeline health
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized roles and build competitive talent maps
• Craft personalized outreach messaging and track sourcing metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience sourcing ASIC, silicon, networking, or specialized engineering profiles
• 3 years of experience building competitive talent maps and personas
• 4 years of experience with complex Boolean and X-Ray search strings
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with Recruiters in high-growth environments
• Ability to utilize data to inform sourcing strategy
