• Identify potential candidates using creative sourcing methods and conduct interviews
• Provide an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a corporate environment or search firm
• Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
• Strong business acumen to understand business needs
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
