Key Responsibilities

• Massively source profiles for technical and support roles in LATAM and the U.S
• Partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach hard-to-find candidates

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing for high-volume environments
• Experience sourcing niche technical profiles, preferably in BIM, engineering, or construction-related roles
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Experience in high-demand, high-pressure recruiting environments
